Woodland Lodge delivers a residential care home service to nineteen elderly residents.   The service is flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the individual and the elderly community it serves, offering elderly people who require a level of support a day care service within the home.

The home is a large attractive country residence, and is situated in the village of Gumfreston 2 miles from the seaside tourist attraction of Tenby, with views over Caldey Island and Tenby south beach.

Woodland Lodge is operated by Woodhill Care Ltd, which is owned by the Dale Roads Group. The Directors of the Group have worked in the health and social care sector since 1976, and have a wealth of knowledge and are dedicated to delivering the highest quality care to every resident in the home. Amanda Lewis is the Registered Manager of Woodland Lodge, and has a respected reputation in care, devoted in the delivery of a service that is person centred and progressive. The home is supported by a team of staff who are highly motivated and receive regular training.

Our aim at Woodland Lodge is to remember that residents are individuals with the right to determine how they live their lives. We have single and double rooms available in Woodland Lodge, and encourage people to bring small items of furniture, pictures, paintings and personal items to make it feel like home. The home offers a range of activities for those who wish to take part, and welcome residents input in the day to day running of the home.
